Blackstone ProSeries Outdoor Griddle, 2-Burner 22" Propane Flat Top Grill with Side Shelves, Stainless Steel

We received it by delivery on time. Took 1 1/2 hours to assemble. All parts were there. Only need a screwdriver and 10mm wrench. Seasoned it several times and made great steak fajitas that same day. All is well. We were very pleased so far we don’t have any issues.

We are really enjoying the Blackstone. Assembly was a little rough, as there were bent parts (it was delivered from the store). It was easy to season and we have had some fantastic meals from cooking on it. I really like that things don't catch on fire like they can on a grill because of grease dripping.

This griddle is awesome! Its just right , not to big or small . Put together in about an hour , simple to follow directions. Seasoned the cook surface and away we go . Have cooked everything on it . put a silicone mat on the surface . Keeps it nice and clean . Love it !

Unit looks great with quality parts. Assembly took 1 1/2 hours not the 1/2 hour the assembly book says. Some of the screws a little tricky to get at but ok.

Love the product. Works well. It took a while to put together. The only fault that I found was that it should have steerable back wheels due to its weight.

This Blackstone four burner griddle is awesome. It has a very large griddle area that has sides that come up to block anything from falling out onto the sides or front. The two tables on the side are great for setting whatever you need down and the drip pan on the back is so easy to remove clean and put back. the black is a great color and very durable. I did have trouble getting the griddle to level out and had to shim it for the time being until it settles. The wheels lock when you don’t want it to roll and it’s large size gives you enough room to grill multiple items at one time. the griddle was not hard to clean and the igniter is right on the front. Easy to get to.

I am writing this review for the Blackstone ProSeries 4-Burner 36" Griddle with Cabinet. There is a lot like about the grill and a few things that could be improved upon. One thing to be warned about is the size and weight of this grill. You will definitely need help getting it onto your patio or porch and you will need help putting it together. The grill top is a solid slab so the top of the grill is very heavy. Assembly was OK but not without it's challenges. The side trays were difficult to attach because one of the screws beneath it was not sitting in the hold correctly. This was a screw that I did not put in, but one that was in there already. My husband had to pull it out and then oil it before using all of his strength to reattach it correctly. After he did that, the tray finally attached. Once the grill was assembled, everything else was fine. We hooked up the propane tank and it fired up without issue. First and foremost this is my first time using a griddle top grill and it was pretty cool. The metal grill pan heats up evenly and the food just sizzles as soon as it hits. There is a curved spout to catch all of the dripping and funnel them into a drip pan. Keep in mind you will need to season the grill top before you use it for the first time. Second, clean up is so much easier than a regular grill with grates. No scrubbing bits of food stuck in between metal slats. Third, the locking wheels make it easy to move the grill around your patio and lock it into place so it stays put. I also appreciate the attached bottle opener and the magnetic strips on the side tray to hold cooking utensils. Overall, this is a solid grill once you get it together. I would recommend it but as I mentioned before, you WILL need help with assembly.

Expected grill to be a littler sturdier and better quaility. Not exactly what I expected from blackstone. Additionally, the door magnet is absolutely terrible, someone breathing will probably cause it to come open.

For starters when I ordered it stated I needed to sign for delivery. The item was dropped off in my driveway when I wasn't even home. Then came assembly, which was absolutely horrible. The holes don't align and parts of the griddle were bent, scratched up, and damaged. Not to mention the overall quality of the product feels cheap. Overall after spending the amount I did on this griddle, I would not recommend or ever buy this product again! Truly disappointing purchase.

i paid 92.00 for assembly and belived this amound should be refunded back to me i re eived an dirty schratch up grill i am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase i paid o er 1000.00 dallors it does work but the overall condition is not out of the box NEW. your responce to this review will effect totaly pn weather i continue to pake high dallor purchases with your company.
