This was purchased with several Blackstone cooking utensils. Used during the holidays excellent choices. Durability of the press for different foods was excellent. We hired a Chef to cook for an event and was impressed with all of the cooking utensils. The Chef stated wise choice on all things Blackstone.

Works good
Honestly we liked the smash burgers made with the back of the blackstone shovel scoop and using the scraper to push that down better than this. It wasn't able to get them as thin as the work around method. The product is nice though, sturdy stainless steel. If you don't need your burgers ultra thin, than this is perfect.
