Blue Diamond 5QT Ceramic Nonstick Jumbo Sauté Pan with Lid – Toxin-Free, Dishwasher Safe

I've only used this for about a week, but have only good things to say about it. Heats up quickly, and absolutely no sticking! It was difficult to flip eggs as they just kept sliding around the pan! I appreciate it has a snuggly fitting clear glass lid.

This is a very great pan! The nonstick is great and washes up nice. I just wish it had two smaller handles and not one small and one super large. But all in all I would buy it again. I think the lid would be better with a vent hole to let the steam out. It heats up evenly.

I love this pan. It is light weight, heats evenly, and the clean up is so easy! It is truly nonstick. You can fry fish, prepare shrimp, saute vegetables, I am strongly considering purchasing the set of pans offered at Walmart to replace my old, hodge podge pots and pans.

I can't wait to use my new pan. I really needed a nonstick pan for cooking fish %26 eggs. All I have is cast iron %26 cast iron with enamel which isn't great for cooking those things. I even ordered 2 pounds of salmon so I'd have something to cook in it

This is an excellent pot and definitely my go to. However is is not a heavy bottom pot, and will eventually warp (center of the pot protrudes upwards into a dome shape from heat expansion) this causes any liquids to move towards the edges and can burn your meal in the middle. It does remain non stick however. If you cook on electric where the heat is evenly distributed underneath vs a central flame with gas, you may not experience this problem. This pan has received a lot of love and chips in the finish and has never failed to be non stick. After 4 years I replaced mine

I needed a deeper large skillet and found this one with a lid which was a big plus. I have used it several times and have been pleased overall with its performance. The only negative comments I have is it's not recommended to use with high heat. Which may limit some uses, also seems a bit thin in the base, but overall, the non-stick surface seems durable and works very well. Handles are very sturdy.

LOVE this pan, its so easy to clean, and is the most even cooking, non stick pan ive found. Just a quick heads up, the top silver edge of the pan is sharp. I sliced my finger when cleaning the pan. Wont keep me from using it, just a little more cautious now.

Like all nonstick pans it doesn't stay nonstick forever but this pan stays nonstick much longer than any others I have used so this is my 3rd time buying it. I use it once daily or more and the nonstick lasts about 6 months (hand washed, silicone utensils %26 no high heat). The size %26 lid feature are great making it my go to pan since I don't want to use more than one and I can mix everything together in it. The pan is thicker than the cheaper ones so heating seems more even as well. Also the sides are tall enough that food doesn't spill out when stirring or serving. The only possible improvement they could make would be a coating on the metal lid handle as it gets hot with prolonged cooking but the pan's handle is not a problem.

I used this item weekly. I use plastic utensils in it. NEVER metal. The pan burned eggs(I was cooking over easy), and I cannot get the burn marks out of it. have tried and tried. What a waste of money. Not sure If I got a dude or what happened but very disappointed in this pot. There are so many reviews of people who love it and don't have problems with it sticking. I would love to know why mine is burnt. I used a little olive oil in it when I cook eggs. when I say I cook eggs. Its 5-6 eggs at time so it's not like its one egg in this big pan. I bought this big pan, so I didn't have to cook my eggs in batches. I have never run it through the dishwasher either. I have always hand washed it.

Upon opening the packaging I noticed a greasy film all over the inside of the pan. I hand washed it with warm water and Dawn power foam dish foam. Dawn cuts grease. It did not remove the film from this pan. I have previously owned 2 of the blue diamond pans and love them. But returned this one. Something was seriously wrong with this pan.
