Had to replace my expensive Calphalon griddle pan that did not last. Bought this one %26 love it. Makes pancakes %26 grilled sandwiches perfectly %26 no sticking. Cleans like a breeze. I will by other pans in this line as my old ones give out. Great pan. Great price.

Have only used a few times so far. Decided to spend a little more this time to replace an older similar griddle. It was non-stick but this one is ceramic without all the yicky chemicals. It has nice heat distribution, the finish is lovely and everything practically slides off the pan - have to be careful haha. Very happy so far, hopefuily in a year I still have this vibe about it. I'd say try it. I think it will be worth its cost.

Purchased to replace my old griddle I had for several years. Was a bit skeptical about the quality as it was much lighter than my.old.one but after using it I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the purchase. Would.recommend for.anyone on.the fence about replacing.their old fav or for.someone looking to make a new purchase. The pan.is.very sturdy despite the weight. Cleans up.like.very well. No.issues with surface scratches

like using, holds and displaces heat well, use low heat. Food cooks well, it says can use metal on but still use no metal utensils. looks well built. enjoy

This is a true nonstick griddle that doesn't end up all scratched up with everything sticking to it. My wife worked as a cook for over 30 years and she says that these are the best pans that she's ever used.

It cooked pancakes very well, but the hotter it got the worse it was to warp. After cooking, I returned it to the sink to cool it off and wash, and when I was laying it upside down to dry, I noticed that the heat warped the previously flat surface on the bottom to a slanted one sit flush against the electric oven

It was only non stick for one use, after that it started getting a thick film I could not wash away. Now it just burns every time I use it. I only use it to heat up corn tortillas.

It looks very nice at first but once you start using it bends , which is shocking looking at the cost and how the material looks like at first . Is not durable , it is not heat proof material get uneven. Wouldn't recommend buying it. Is a waste of money.

This item was a complete waste of money. At first, I was thrilled with it, as it seemed like it was solidly made with no toxic chemicals, and the nonstick surface was great. Then, I learned that it's not real ceramic, and while it doesn't contain PFOS, it does have other potentially toxic chemicals. That would have been OK, but after about a dozen uses, the nonstick less and less effective till it stopped working altogether. This was despite only handwashing with dish soap and sponge.
