where has this pan been all my life!
this pot is soooooo easy to clean! no time at all. cooks well, too. the only problem is that the lid handle gets very hot to the touch, but gadgets are made to deal with that. I've bought one of the sets of this product after trying this one, I love it so much!

Love this little pot
Love this little pot. Very scratch resistant but don't use a steel wool Brillo pad! Soft scrub pad with some soap does the job. I can use it to grill a chicken breast in the evening ( love the high walls so no oil splashing) clean it, as above, then boil water in the afternoon for tea. ZERO chicken after taste in my tea!!! Very very none stick too

caution the handle gets equally as hot as the pan.
I was in need of a covered pot. While looking I discovered several brands were made with toxic chemicals. Blue Diamond is not, although a bit more expensive a, toxin-free, diamond-infused ceramic nonstick coating that is metal-utensil safe, 5x harder, and 10x longer-lasting than traditional nonstick. Known for rapid, even heating and are dishwasher and oven safe. Use with caution when using on the stovetop the handle gets hot too.

Excellent pots and pans
It's a perfect match for the Blue diamond set I got my wife for Christmas last year. This is for her this year cause the set I got her did not come with a 2 Qt. sauce pan and she uses the smaller ones a lot.

Very impressed with blue diamond product
Heat is evenly distributed for a better cook. While I do add nonstick cooking spray it likely isn’t needed. The rating of no toxin leaks is very important the color and overall look of the product is beautiful. I bought the entire set but wanted one more of a same size and bought this addition. Yes it’s that good

Best nonstick cookware available
The nonstick coating is the best I have seen. It was just what I needed to add a piece to the rest of my Diamond set. The pieces in the set I had have held up well and I know this one will too

Handles not heat protected.
I did not notice that the handle and lid handles are not heat protected. Watch your hands! Would not buy again based on that feature. If you're a professional cook, this is the one for you!

Good non-stick, Bad handle
The handle needs some kind of cover or made out of a different material. It gets too hot to even touch. It's great non-stick.
