When I saw this espresso machine on sale, I snagged it so fast and am thankful I did. This machine looks high end and makes a better cup of coffee than the well known coffee shops. It looks sleek and elegant, came with everything's needed, even some replacement parts. This really does make some of the best coffee I've ever had. The fact that I can make a great cup of coffee at home is a win for me. I could never go back to the old coffee pot. I even prefer this over my Nespresso vertuo.

Nice coffee machine. I really enjoy making lattes and cappuccinos with it. It's super easy and convenient for one or two people. But if you have guests over, it can be a little inconvenient since you have to refill the coffee, clean everything again, and repeat the process

After loads of research and reading, I found that this machine has everything I need in an espresso machine. The frother was really my main concern, let's face it, without that velvety froth, it's just a glorified coffee. This machine gets rid of all the guesswork, just bbb push a button and you get the perfect cup every time! Honestly, quality wise, this machine is on par with a lot of other more expensive models on the market. l couldn't be happier!

I saw this 50% off and decided to pull the trigger because of the amazing reviews. While it's very easy to put together, you can definitely tell it's made out of very cheap materials. Also, the internal components are made of plastic, so you are essentially drinking heated up plastic with coffee. It wastes coffee grounds too, the amount required for the “big” size espresso, I use it to make a full cup of coffee that tastes way stronger than the supposed espresso (that might I add, it's smaller than what double espresso should be). Worse of all, after using it only 3 or 4 times, it stopped making coffee, all it pours is beige-colored water, like it's not even passing through the coffee grounds. Not worth the money.

the directions are overly simple. there are rubber gaskets included but nothing to tell you where the belong or how often they need replaced. the cleaning function is louder than necessary. and the clean fuction only works on one button not the 1 of 2 the directions say. the milk container is difficult to remove and replace. and the espresso making part leaves the grounds soggy and wet no matter how full you pack the filter.

Water leaks from every hole on the base of this product. Even more concerning is water leaking from where the power cord comes out of the base of the product.

The part where coffee comes out is plastic. So you will be drinking micro plastics. I returned before taking out of box

I really wanted to love this espresso machine, but it's been nothing but a headache. From day one, it's leaked water all over my counter every time I tried to brew. On top of that, the milk steamer doesn't work at all — it fails to suck up milk from the reservoir, no matter how many times I clean or reassemble it. For the price, I expected a reliable, easy-to-use machine, but instead I got a mess and constant frustration. I'd recommend skipping this one and saving yourself the trouble.
