I love all the brewing options. My Wife fell in love with my Aunts Keruig that has similar features. However upon purchasing this particular one and trying it. We like it just as much if not more. And most of all the big plus side is the nice compact size. Yet it still has all the amazing features. Would definitely buy this again.

I sure hope this feeling lasts! Have only had it a short while - but at the moment, it's everything I was looking for in a coffee maker! I've had Bunn, Ninja and Keurig (all costing more than this one). This is my favorite! It's easy to use, Makes a single cup or a whole pot... both in your choice of size. Looks and design are fantastic. And - it makes every bit as good a cup of coffee!

I've had my new coffee pot for a couple of weeks now, and it's (was) perfect. At first, I thought it was too expensive, but after you taste the coffee, you realize it's definitely worth the price. The only thing is my single cup fution quit working Sunday morning. The carafe still works beautifully. The single cup was perfect, too, for a short while. I'll have to take mine back, and hopefully, they will still have some left. Looks good sitting on the kitchen counter. I gave it 5 stars because it was a very nice coffee pot until push buttons jammed on single serve.

This is the best coffee maker. I can use a pod, I can use ground coffee in the pod area, which I absolutely love, or I can use the coffee pot with the basket. This means I can use ground coffee in the little basket that fits into the pod holder area or you can use Tea leaves. what a reservoir on the back is easy to fill and everything‘s very easy to clean. Using the clean cycle is easy.

I recently found out that this product is clogged up at the needle and as an average person who’s not into electronics it’s hard to find the needle on the opposite side so you have to actually turn it and use a toothpick to unclog it they don’t tell you that but anyway it is what it is

We haven't had this machine very long and the single serve part of the machine isn't working anymore. We've cleaned it out but it isn't pouring coffee out when we put a pod in. It just pours water. The needle is clean, while machine is clean but still won't work.

takes an hour to make coffee in the pot keep shutting itself off randomly then Walmart wouldn't let me return it because of the issue I was having with it so I'm just over it definitely would not recommend this product to anybody considering it was for my 92-year-old Grandfather because his coffee pot broke and here I was spending more money on what I thought was a good coffee pot and come to find out it was even worse than the coffee pot he had that broke....

Unfortunately our model keeps giving codes when trying to use the carafe and the k cup pods although I keep the parts clean i repeadtly get the code “needled” very frustrating, i can’t get a replacement if I can please email me. I already threw the box away.

Only a couple months old and the single pod feature has been having issues with using pods. Doesn’t matter what brand of pods. Or how many times you clean needles coffee grounds leak out and back up the drain. Water overflows makes huge mess. Would not recommend

I bought this coffee maker and it looked great and worked great for 2 days. On the 3rd day of use it made a horrible sound almost like a screech as it was brewing coffee. It was having issues I assume pulling the water from the tank. I returned it same day and got my money back and bought a Ninja instead. No problems since!
