I wanted to bring a K-Cup machine to work, but didnt want to drop an Arm %26 Leg like those other Models on the Market. This unit was a great buy all around...value, ease of use, simple clean, Accessories that come with the unit and of course...it makes a great cup of Coffee steaming hot. I def recommend this Unit.

This thing rocks! After poor performing Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, all I wanted was one that could use grounds or a k cup and actually work and this is it!!! Very easy to use, looks great and brews a hot and strong good cup of coffee! I am so pleased with this purchase and the price!

It broke within the first week we had it. The taste of the coffee when it was working was not good very weak and we were using a very strong coffee. I would not be purchased this brand. It was advertised deceivingly to look like a Keurig so I thought that's what I was getting and I didn't say so. I thought I'd try it anyway and I'm very unhappy.

I love this coffee maker. The only issue I have is that I haven't gotten used to the buttons yet. I'm either not hitting them right or being impatient because there is a delay. Other than that it's perfect!! Just the right size, slim and sleek, water reservoir and multi cup size use. Well worth the money

Looks great, makes good coffee. The push button sensors act like they're not right. It's like it cannot detect me touching it, and will not accept the touch commands properly. Seems to have a mind of its own. Most likely going with another brand, and not through Walmart. I tried at least.

It seemed to be a great purchase for the first few months but now it is not brewing consistently and turns off mid brew. Only a few months! I had my last Keurig for 15 years. I bought this one because I didn't have to use plastic K-cups and bought a metal adapter which was the correct size in order to avoid plastic.

Although the machine looks nice and has us digital display, the digital display is not very responsive. It is difficult to make selections because the screen is not very responsive to touch. Finally, the unit stopped working within one month of purchase! I am going to return it for a refund.

The steam gose up and it makes the touch screen sweat, and it will not come on and worked it for about a week and after that, it was a catastrophe the sweat comes from the stain and it makes the front wet and you cannot push none of the controls settings. It makes the inside of the screen you can see the little sweat at the top of it. I do not recommend anyone back. I recommend it that they take it and remake it better cause there's no good.

Brand spankin new out of the box. instructions say to run 2 cycles before being coffee. It let me turn it on and run the 1st cycle. Once it was done, the water somehow got into the front screen while running, now it wont even let me turn it back on. I didn't even get ONE cup of coffee before this thing broke. I will be requesting a full refund.

This coffee maker is junk. At the end of brewing it'll burst and coffee is all over the kitchen! At first the seller responded kindly to my concern asking for video %26 photos of the issue. It's been over 4 weeks that I sent it and then I get a response stating they never got my video or photos. I resent everything and CCd my email and everything went through. Here it is 1 week after that email %26 no response. I feel jipped. what a ripoff! I would not recommend.
