After using this product I must say I'm very impressed with the quality. Ultralight and great sound quality with extra long battery life that can last a week or depending on the amount of daily usage. I personally use it upwards of 15 hours per day and it operates for several days without needing a charge. Great product I recommend it.

Disappointed in BlueParrot on this one
I am a big fan of BlueParrot products, but this one is definitely a step down from my last one. I needed it in a hurry and it was available in store. My last one had an option of a behind the neck band or over the head. This headband is tight and gives me headache after a few hours.

No bluetooth dongle for all device function
So all you get with his headset is just a headset in a charge cord. It does not come with a Bluetooth dongle to use on all devices like the other brand headsets do this is only good if you make phone calls only and use it with nothing else. Not recommended solely on this issue.
