I really have to say this pillow is awesome. The first night using it made my back feel so much better. If you have lower back problems as I do you will love this pillow.

Wonderful pillow for sleeping and lumbar support
I know this is supposed to be a lumbar pillow, but I use it to sleep on. It supports my head and neck without billowing around me like regular pillows do. This is my second one - I wanted a spare to keep in the car for when I stay in a hotel. Can't use those pillows.

This pillow is soft enough to mold to the shape of my back. No more hard lumps like conventional foam.

It's okay
I'm somewhat happy with this purchase. I bought it to replace a half-moon pillow that lost its firmness. This one is very hard and is uncomfortable as a neck pillow (unless maybe you are tall or have a large frame). But for an average size women it just doesn't work.

Does not keep shape while in use. Not sturdy enough to support low back enough.

TOO SOFT
I should have realized MEMORY FOAM was going to be SOFT, it defeated the purpose of true lumbar support.
