I was really impressed by the quality of the package but I'm even more impressed by the sleek design and finishes of the actual headset. This item looks great in my desk, very professional and modern. Connecting it was a breeze and I really love the versatility in connection methods. You can use direct Bluetooth with the computer, alternately connect with a USB dongle and it also includes a 3.5mm audio cable. I'm planning on using the direct Bluetooth connection but it's great to have these alternatives, particularly the 3.5mm cable which can come in handy when the headset runs out of battery if I forgot to charge it. Another super important factor is how comfortable it is to use. This headset does not crush my ears nor it feels super loose that it slips down. Perfect fit and you can adjust it to your head size, I like that it doesn't mess up my hair! As far as sound goes, I feel like I'm in the movies, great sound quality for videos and meetings alike. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a comfortable and high-performing Bluetooth headset for those online meetings.

Purchased for use when working from home. The headset is light and does not press too harshly against the ears, but enough to keep things quiet for listening to calls or music when not on calls. On conference calls I have been told the audio quality is very good and the noise cancelling seems to keep extraneous noise at bay. Audio quality on my end is plenty loud enough and clear. Battery life is more than enough for a full day of use on one charge. I do like that it can connect to my PC with the dongle and to my phone via Bluetooth at the same time - allows me to take calls on either device without having to switch settings. Overall it compares well to the much more expensive Jabra that I use at work.

The Soothielec Bluetooth Headset was a good choice. Having struggled in the past with finding a headset that balances productivity and comfort during long workdays at the computer, this one stands out remarkably. For its price, the value and quality offered are unmatched, along with impressive features. The headset has an ergonomic, adjustable design and soft ear pads and is so lightweight that I barely notice it's there. This is particularly valuable in my IT profession, where back-to-back online meetings are common. The noise-cancelling microphone is a standout feature. It does the job very well of eliminating background noise.

This headset seems to be very well made, and the ear pieces are soft and comfortable. I paired it to my cell phone and the process to pair was quick and easy and worked very well hearing the calls and being heard. Connecting to my computer with the USB dongle was quick and painless. I have not had the product very long to test battery life but so far it has been great. If your looking for a noise canceling headset this seems like a very well made one for a very affordable price.

I am person with basic knowledge around technology so set-up is always a concern. Everything about the KH53 is easy; directions to set-up and connectivity, and finally the operation, which make this headset convenient. The headset is lightweight and comfortable with an easily adjustable head-band across the top of your head leading to the soft dual ear piece so it sits comfortably with a built-in microphone. The easily accessible buttons for mute, on/off and volume are simple. Bluetooth connectivity helps to avoid the struggle with cords. Pairing and connection with phone or PC (USB Bluetooth Dongle) was straightforward with voice prompts power on, pairing, paired, connected and a few others. The headset is noise cancelling so working from home with kids, animals or any other noise distractions make them ideal! I am satisfied with the battery life and the charging stand is small, not bulky, and stylish. The KH53 is affordable with a clear sound and great quality!

I have to admit the noice canceling works, the fit is perfect and the sound quality is top notch! This was the best headset at a great price. Im able to use it for work and after work for video ganes and music. It comes with all accessories that you might need. This is the best headset to spend your coins on.

Very comfortable, I'm able to wear it for hours at a time. It covers my ears but doesnt put pressure on the top of my head and ears dont overheat. Paired it without any problems to my two laptops (work and home) as well as my ipad. Buttons are easy to use. The mute button is very accessible so you can mute and un mute easily. Volume buttons up and down are on the side and your fingers go right to them as your thumb goes to the “mulit function button” where you can play/pause, answer call, ect… Noise canceling feature works great, preventing background noises like the kids and street when I work from home. Base is simple and looks good on my desk. I have also taken it when I travel and can charge directly with a USB-C cable. Comfortable enough to wear on the plane.

Sound is crystal clear, has been working great for my zoom meetings. Others on the call said I sound clear as well. Also very comfortable, would highly recommend!
