The package arrived seriously damaged.i nave not opened it because there is a large hole with parts sticking out. I doubt all parts will be there and I’m not ably to look due to physical limitations. I wish to replace it.

I purchased this rack for drying hand wash clothing. I was able to put it together between 15-20 minutes. Works great. I plan on purchasing another one for when we need to hang towels to dry by swimming pool. Also I'm going to store my pool noodles in the middle of rack. Fast shipping.

Arrived in a open and broken box. They just threw the components into a box. No proper packaging. Very cheap Plastic quality and they sent plastic joint instead of proper metal screws.

didn't even want to give this a one because one thing it was missing parts and when i got on here and talked to customer service in the chat he said that he would take care of it and fix it but then when i asked him to please send the missing parts asap he said they wouldn't and that the only way was for me to do a return and i just don't hours truck to get it together but now i realize i gave no other choice but to do a return don't buy this

The instructions were not in English but could be figured out. All of the parts were there but some were a struggle to assemble. It came with 4 wheels but unfortunately, only 3 of them were operable because the 4th 1 was missing the "pin" to attach it so I'm not using the wheels but it would make it easier to move. It does provide a lot of flat drying %26 hang dry space %26 folds smaller but never truly gets small. Not bad for the price but the 2nd time I've ordered something with wheels that you've been unable to use the wheels due them being missing or missing parts.

Don't like drying my tshirts and certain leggings. So having all that space will help a lot. Wish the base was made all from metal instead of plastic.

Perfect drying rack. Looks exactly as pictured. The only thing is the 6 uppy downy racks are a little droopy, but it doesn't affect the performance, and the bottom rack items still don't drag on the ground even with the slight droop. Very easy to assemble, clear instructions. The shipping box kind of sucked. Don't order in the rainy season unless you have a dry delivery spot. I'm able to fit almost a full 2.5 bushel laundry basket full of clothes on this rack. It's also very nice to dry a set of sheets (folded on the lower racks) and 1 queen blanket (thrown over the whole thing with the little arms out). It doesn't roll very smooth on carpet, but if you lift and pull, it's fine. I love it so much more than the old accordion wooden racks, no splinters, and so much more space! I think I spent thirty six bucks, makes me so much happier than my outside laundry line that gets ants and pollen all over my clothes from the oak trees I have the cables attached to.

Bought this for our new place to avoid having to use our dryer as much, so that our clothes last longer. Has a lot of space, but not enough if you do a full load of laundry, unfortunately. Still good! It can easily be moved around and is sturdy enough for what you could put on it after assembly. Just watch out during assembly, the ends of the rods are pretty sharp and I cut myself during the assembly.

I bought it because of the description. It said it was oversized. I thought it was expandable. To my surprise it was not. I thought it was like the one they sell on Amazon. On Amazon they have something similar with the same description, but the one at Amazon is expandable. It's exactly how it looks in the picture. I returned it. The package arrived on time. It was very well pack and shipped. The product came in excellent conditions.
