Very Nice!
I purchased this rod for crappie fishing. My favorite rod for this is the Daiwa Iprimi XXUL…until now. That Daiwa is a lot of fun fighting pan fish. But I was very surprised at the Heaton rod. Today I hooked into a HUGE fish with this rod. It was a fun battle. The rod was almost bent in half. At first I thought I hooked a large catfish or walleye….was shocked to see it was a regular size Bluegill! I couldn't believe how fun it was to just catch a regular panfish. I swear I thought I had Moby Dick on the line. The rod feels a little “heavy” but it casts very nicely.

Great Rod Worth Every Penny
This rod is worth every penny. It is great both for panfish and rainbow trout fishing. I have no regrets about buying this rod. I recommend every serious angler get one!

it fit the bill have not tried it but fishing Thursday it is a nice jig pole for shell crackers and crappies

BnM Sam's Super Sensitive
Purchased this because I wanted a longer fishing rod to use when I go trout fishing. Already been putting it to use and I'm thinking of getting another one as it preforms well. Great rod at a good price. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great rod for panfish and trout. I was unable to contact the company to fix my first rod so i ordered this one and hope they keep making them.
