Bob's Red Mill, Polenta, Corn Grits, Gluten Free, 24 oz

I was surprised to find that this product isn't available in my local store, but at least I was able to have it shipped. I love using this polenta as a side for meatballs in marinara sauce—it's a nice change from the usual spaghetti and makes for a hearty, comforting meal. The quality is excellent, just like every Bob's Red Mill product I've tried so far. It's easy to prepare, but if you're new to cooking polenta, I recommend doing a little research first to learn how to achieve your preferred consistency. If you follow the package directions exactly, you'll end up with a fairly thick polenta that solidifies quite quickly as it cools. Once you understand how to adjust the liquid and cooking time to your taste, it's a versatile and delicious pantry staple

My first experience with cooking Polenta. I am a fan of Bob's red Mill products and this is no exception! I followed the instructions on the package and it was so easy. Turned out perfectly. We had some leftover and my adult son wanted me to try their suggestion for frying them. That was also a huge hit. Will definetly buy again.

Product was easy to prepare. It was an excellent and tasty item for breakfast, easy to prepare, and easy to digest. The texture was soft and creamy. It did not have harsh corn particles. I would highly recommend for people with sensitive digestion issues and senior citizens. It was filling and kept a satisfied and full/not hungry feeling long after eaten.

This product is exactly the polenta flour as I remember it growing up in Italy and is not overpriced. Great Buy!

I have to eat gluten free, so these grits are perfect for me. They taste really good and they're easy to cook.

This is a wonderful polenta. It comes out perfect every time I make it. The flavor is amazing and it's so easy to work with. I can add anything to it and it still holds its strength and shape.

The polenta had a lot of black specks that I didn't recognize i I was unable to eat it.
