This is a very versatile grain with a hearty feel and flavor. Making soup today with a bit of this for an added treat. I made a cold salad that was delicious. There are so many options. Punch in Farro recipes in your search bar, and go to town on this! I respect that the owner left his company to his employees, AMAZING! They care. And we should too! Treat your body well, and this can be a part of it.

Bob's Red Mill Organic Farro Grain has a five out of five stars. The Farro came in handy. I was looking for a a whole grain to pair with my food. I used Farro like it was rice. I made more than enough. I filled up my mom's belly, and sister's belly. Each time I went for the sweet tasting Farro I knew it would be delicious, and a healthy choice. I would definitely cook Farro again. Thank you, Walmart.

Farro is considered the "mother of all wheat." It was a staple food in ancient Rome for a reason, it is delicious. It is it is wonderful in salads, baked goods, soups, and main courses. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is a wonderful option for increasing flavor to meal. Bob's Red Mill is a great company, and their website offers numerous recipe options as well.

My new brown rice alternative. Tastes great with a nice chewy bite. I would use farro in stuffed cabbage, burritos, stuffed peppers...and give myself a healthier version of my favorite dishes. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I discovered Farro a few years ago, but it always seemed like an extravagance, since it's essentially barley. Enter Jet. Score! It makes great pressure cooker risotto (with beets, beet greens, and feta if you're curios), and you can feel smug in the knowledge that it's got a few more grams of fiber than Arborio rice.

Every Bob's Red Mill product is made with care and never produces an inferior result. This is no exception and it is easy to prepare. I have been trying to eat more plant-based meals and this is a perfect combo with beans of all kinds to make a complete protein. Thanks Bob!

The farro has a pleasant texture and works well in soups and salads. It takes some time to cook but tastes good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe I should have read closer, but I just assumed this was pearled or semi-pearled. It was not. I tried soaking it an hour before and overnight prior to cooking, as well as cooking straight - it was always tough and hard to eat. Not very good. I much prefer the semi-pearled version, faster to cook and a better taste.

I can't say whether I would recommend this farro or not because it has to be returned. Shipped from Walmart, an open bag had been taped shut and put in a box! I can't believe it. Wish I could leave a picture.
