Great way to add protein to baked things

I've used this product before and it can substitute in for wheat flour, as long as you follow the recipe. Has a good taste and easy to work with.

The Chickpea flour is wonderful. Exactly as described and came professionally packaged and shipped quickly. I made chocolate muffins with this flour and they were delicious. Today I am going to make crackers using the flour and am excited to try more recipes. Highly recommend the Chickpea flour from Bob's Red Mill.

We use the wonderful garbanzo bean flour to make a traditional Italian cicci pancake, farinata, that is crispy on the outside and custard like on the inside. The batter is simple: chickpea flour, water and salt that sits 4-8 hours. The pan and/or oven must be hot and dry; use lots of XVOO, coarse black pepper and fresh rosemary

I am completely satisfied with Bob's Red Mill Chickpea flour! It has a good texture to bulk up gluten-free recipes. I mixed it with Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice flour to make these beautiful cinnamon blueberry scones. I am very happy with the results. There is a nice flake and no beany off-taste. Thanks Bob's!

This product is so versatile. You can use it as a replacement for almost any baked goods, especially cookies, since the holiday season is around the corner. It makes a pretty darn good pizza crust and pancakes. It makes excellent vegan "chicken" patties when combined with vital wheat gluten. It's very convenient. So delicious and healthy, guaranteed!!

I like to add this in with a mix of several other flours to create a pizza crust or pita bread varieties.
