Hard to find, but found at Walmart
Basically, this is almost impossible to find, so I ordered it online and it arrived about a day later. Great for baking cakes. It's not the same thing as potato flakes or potato starch.

The very best homemade white bread.
It makes for a lighter loaf. Substitute 1/4 cup of potato flour for a 1/4 cup of regular bread flour.

This flour so superior over plain flour , makes the best bread and rolls great for breakfast rolls,pancake and waffles THE BEST TOAST ever
