too expensive
great brand, trustworthy, and oat flour adds a wonderful chewy texture to breads and cookies...but i dont know why its so hard to find and so expensive...fortunately you only need to add a little bit to recipes to get the beneficial results

Oat flour is the best -- nice reliable source, too
The shipment arrived fairly promptly and in great shape. The flour works well in baking, as a binder for sauces, and in dishes in place of all-purpose flour. Can aid digestive issues and boost health in terms of cholesterol. Light, nutty taste. We freeze any bags we don't need right away and it freezes well.

Oat flour, along with other flavors is a good switch from WHITE flour. More nutrition for sure.
