very satisfied with this product. My wife has been using sinus calm even back when it was called sinusalia (I think that's the way it was spelled) and it has been very effective for her. She highly recommends it .

A house staple
I use this for my whole family (especially in the fall.) We all deal with sinus pressure that comes with the changing of the season so once we notice symptoms, we dissolve two of these under our tongues. The relief is fast and tangible. I love having this to grab before ibuprofen or Tylenol!

Homeopathic Boiron SinusCalm Allergy Works
I've used this product for many years to help with sinus pressure and allergy issues. Works very well for me and no negative effects like antihistamines. Recently was declared: no longer need allergy shots! (After 62 years.) Fast delivery from Walmart! Just melt under your tongue.

It is affective for minor runny nose, sinus headache ect. But for real Allergy and pollen surges it is helpful, but not a cure.
