as a person with sensitive sinuses who does not enjoy chemical side effects of cold medicines this is incredibly helpful. these tablets dissolve easily %26 quickly, mild taste. I prefer homeopathic remedies so this is a great product.

This is a good "natural" weapon against sinus issues. We have a son that is sensitive to so many over-the-counter items, so this for him is awesome, and the Hyland brand is always dependable.

I purchase a lot of homeopathic items but had never tried Boiron's SinusCalm until recently. I've had sinus issues for many years and I was pleasantly surprised to find that SinusCalm helped to ease my sinus headache and relieve my congestion. Ive already purchased another box!

I can't tolerate artificial sweeteners. Who knew that most if not all cold medicine contains those toxic ingredients. Thank God for Boiron for making effective cold medicines for po like me.

I took it twice already I feel the difference

I can definitely feel this working, but I have pretty intense sinus issues so it doesn't take away all my sinus pressure. I have problems swallowing pills so o love these dissolve under the tongue! I think these could work great for people with less sinus/ allergy issues than me. Worth a try for sure!
