These work really good. i recommend these
Blue pills are best. Red pills are useless
Does the job?
I tried SUDAFED PE Sinus Congestion Day + Night during a bad sinus cold and it definitely helped with pressure, stuffiness, and that heavy congested feeling in my head. The daytime pills didn't make me drowsy and allowed me to stay functional, while the nighttime dose helped me breathe easier so I could actually sleep. It's easy to follow the instructions and convenient having both day and night options in one box. It's not a miracle solution, but it made a noticeable difference within a couple of hours and gave me relief when nothing else was helping. I will keep it on hand for future sinus issues.
I've been suffering with allergy symptoms and nothing really gave me relief. Could not sleep at .... just awful. I tried everything and then my husband and my pharmacist recommended Sudafed. And for once I listened. I'm sold! It relieved my symptoms without making me drowsy....doesn't get better than that!!
I tried other cold and flu meds for my persistent stuffy and runny nose and nothing was working. I took a chance and tried Sudafed and it is really working. My nose has completely stopped running after 2 days and I'm able to sleep through the night without any head or sinus pressure. It's nice to finally be able to breathe through my nose again. I would highly recommend this medication for the common cold.
I appreciate Sudafed PE daytime and nighttime combo pack. The nighttime formula has diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to help dry up the sinus's and sleep easier. The tablets are reasonable to take with no after taste. My go-to med for sinus congestion.
These have the day and night which is a plus. I still feel like I get a little drowsy on the daytime, not as bad as the nighttime. They are small and easy to take. They seem to last for about 5 or hours so that is also a plus. The night makes it easy to sleep.
The red pills (am) are useless. The blue pills are helpful and honestly I never experienced any additional drowsiness. My only complaint, buying a whole package for 8 measly pills. They need to release a package of all blue pills with more pills per package.
I had never purchased this type of Sudafed before but thought I would give it a try. It may work I don't know because I cant get most of the pills out of the packaging without grabbing scissors. For some reason, they placed most of the pull tabs on the inside (meaning against the other pills) and they just tear right off when removing the one pill packet which leaves you with no easy way to open them. I've tried bending and twisting the packet to get it to open or get a gap between the packet and backing but nope. It's the stupidest design ever. The few that have the pull tab placed on the outside are useable but that is very few and mostly the blue pills which I use less in case they make me drowsy. Worthless product due to packaging design. Will never buy again.
