I love the low gloss Bona floor polish better than the high gloss. It makes my wood floors look more natural. I'm glad I could find it on Walmart.com, it's hard to find on the shelf in stores.

I find some of the reviews for this product amazing in that I have been using this product for the last 5 years on the same red oak hardwood floors. I find it easy to use , no milky film and I get many compliments on my floors as to how beautiful they look. A few tips. I pick a time to do floors when NO one will be home to walk on them for several hours. I first sweep, vac and then clean with the Bona Cleaner. It has to dry completely for an hour at least. I then use the product in divided areas and make sure it is spread evenly on the floors with the long blue mop. It is left to dry for 2 hours. One review talked about using it on tile. Be sure it is the Bona product for tile not hardwoods.

This product is extremely difficult to use. If you have to remove polish from your floor I suggest you consult a professional first. Chances are that after use of this product your going to need a professional anyway. I would not recommend this product at all!!

I wish I would have read reviews on this product first. I used the low shine polish on my four year old floors. I followed directions exactly, and now my floors are hazy and milky white. I have been using the Bona floor cleaner for years, and never thought anything like this would happen. I am absolutely sick that my floors are ruined and I don't know what to do. DO NOT buy this product, especially if you have darker floors.

This product will ruin your marriage. The milky film on the floor is thicker than the haze of sadness and anger that now hangs over our house. A once vibrant abode is now dulled by this polish from Hades. It is hard, nay impossible, to remove. As I type this I'm watching my wife use a commercial car buffer to try to remove this demon spew. I would help her but I threw out my back yesterday waging chemical warfare on this very floor. I give this product negative stars and plead with anyone reading this not to buy it if you value your sanity, home and marriage. To those who have already descended into the Darkness with this “polish,” Godspeed and may mighty forces come to your aid.

Just moved into a new home with gorgeous bamboo flooring (floors about 7 years old) and have been using the Bona cleaner as recommended. Time to polish, so I reached for the Bona floor polish and cannot believe the milky, dingy look that my floors now have (thankfully I only did a small portion, but silly me, it's in the entry way and partially in the kitchen). I would have thought Bona would have posted a reponse to the many reviews and provide some tips for getting the polish off, but I guess like everyone else I will be hiring a professional to restore the beauty to my previous gorgeous flooring.

I just started using bona cleaner and decided to try the polish. I bought the buffer pad to use with it as instructed. Thank gawd I only tried it on a 4x4 small area. It left my floor dull & even more dirty looking. I am now scrubbing having to scrub my floor on my hands & knees to get rid of the milky foam it left. If that doesn't work I will have to hire a professional to come get the stuff up. I will be returning this. Awful product !!!

I agree with the other complaints. It is impossible to remove the milky coating from my floors. I would expect Bona to advise a better solution to this problem other than leaving a phone number. We all have busy lives and I would like to find the solution on the web site instead of having to call a phone number.

I put my house on the market to sell and decided a low gloss polish might add a nice touch. I tested a small area and from above it seemed to add a small gloss. I did the rest of the floor over 500 sq feet. The next morning the floor was completely cloudy. I tryed Mopping and other cleaning items to no prevail... I have an interested buyer coming back for a 2nd time (before she puts in a offer) and I have 2 days to resolve this so I don't lose the sale.... Very disappointed with this product to say the least!!!!!
