Love this floor care! Makes housework easy!

It was just what I ordered, it's easy to use and I will buy it again. The product is very good.

Cleaner is not sticky akd easy to use.

Not able to use the spray that came with the mop because it leaves the floors slick and my daughter who uses a cane was slipping on the floor when her cane touched the floor. I have a large bottle of spray left that I ordered expecting to need it down the line as I used the mop in the future!

I am not pleased. It's a multi-surface mop for hardwood, laminate, tile, etc. Why would you include two wet floor cleaning pads as hardwood. Shouldn't one of the pads be for the other surfaces instead of both for hardwood. I have laminate, and this items was the only one I saw for tile and laminate. Not everyone can afford hardwood, so please be true to your word and balance the scale and make everything about this packet balanced. You already offer the sole hardwood surface cleaner packet, so just leave the hardwood portion out of this unit all together. Thank you.

I used the Bona multi-surface mop for the first time today replacing my swifter. I can tell already that the connector from mop head to handle is way too weak and will break. The plastic twisted and at one point the mop head came off. Disappointed as I love the reusable pad and bottle.

no the stupid mop broke off the handle clip the first time i used it...keep going in wrong directions when trying to mop floor-corners-hated the stupid mop

Didn't have mine very long. Mop head snapped off at the pad away from the mop handle. And I wasn't hard on it! Cheap plastic! Doesn't hold up! Looks like it will, but doesn't! Wont buy again!! Will be looking for a different brand that will hold up. The spray is great but NOT THE MOP!!
