[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was perfect for all my home projects, Discover 3m continues to surprise me with its innovative products and excellent features to those products and why I will continue to be an advocate of them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had new tile put in the bathroom. The installers chipped two holes in the wood base trim. I have been debating replacing the trim for several months but did not want the expense. I received this product to sample and it proved to be the perfect answer to my problem. I carefully followed the directions and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do and how effectively it filled the holes in my trim. I will finish up by sanding the area and repainting the trim. Thank you for this great product and allowing me to be a tester.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a strong wood filler that lasts and is easy to apply. I was initially concerned that it would be too thin to fill small holes, but mixing it and applying it in layers did well. It also reinforced some areas of wood rot, making it much easier than cutting out sections and putting in new wood.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a part of hardwood that needed filled and this product worked well. This was a quick and easy way to use and fill the hole. I will like to see over time if this product holds up. As I just started using it will take time to see how good it is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Bondo Wood Filler for free in exchange for my honest review. The package arrived with 2 packets, good for 2 different wood-filling sessions. I used 1 packet to help fill the spaces in between my wooden floorboards. There was quite a bit of wood filler for one packet, but the smell is STRONG. Be sure to do this in a well ventilated area and while using gloves. It fulfilled the role is should have, but is a bit messy and lighter than the wood. Be sure to color match well before using it, too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got some as a free sample to try. I mixed some up and put it on some rotten end boards. It has a tan color. Hardened and was well adhered. I just need to sand and then paint. Looks like wood and should take care of the boards.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pouch made it extremely easy to fill the gouges in my antique treadle sewing machine table. It dried pretty quickly (the humidity in my area is very low at this time of year, so I'm not sure if that would make a difference) and it was simple to use/sand/paint. I couldn't get over the smell though. It was quite strong, but maybe it's just my nose because it didn't bother my husband like it did me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Bondo wood filler product. The ready mix pre-measured pouches made it so easy to use! Be forewarned, the product hardens very quickly, but It also dries solid and sands well, which is so important when refinishing furniture. I will definitely purchase the pouches again when I have smaller jobs. I received a sample of this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
This dried way faster than expected. It was almost completely dried before i was able to apply it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from 3M to evaluate and used it to patch pitted areas in my hardwood floors. Unfortunately, I found the odor too overpowering for indoor use (even with windows open and fan on), it starts to harden too quickly (less than 5 minutes), the packet it too large for small repairs so there's a lot of waste, it dries with a greenish tint, and it doesn't take stain very well despite the claim that it is stainable. It also shrinks back a little when drying. It is better suited for larger outdoor repairs to wood trim that can be painted over.
