J-B Weld KwikWood Epoxy Putty 1 oz Tan

I have always been a fan of J-B Weld products. This one did not disappoint. I used this product to fill in on top of my wooden bifold doors. I needed a solid top, so I could drill and screw a few screws into multiple brackets. J-B Weld worked like a charm. If need be, you can sand it, drill it, and paint it. It is very easy to work with. It's just like playing with play dough. They do recommend that you wear som type of latex gloves when working with it.

Expensive, but it works very well. First time using it but the directions were clear and kneading it together was fun and easy. I was able to use nitrile gloves as directions suggested. I used it to fill a large gouge defect in an exterior deck stair made with reclaimed wood. It had a decent 10 min work time and cured to a very hard and rain proof state within a few hours. Pretty sure it is more solid now than the wood around it. For areas that need high strength repair, to fill a large gap, and need wear resistance this seems to be a great product. Now to see if it holds up for years or not.

I used it to fill a hole in a wooden floor that was originally used to run cables from the bottom to top floor. The putty kneaded very easily and it heats up a little when it is well mixed. I stuffed it into the hole and in an hour it was dry and hard. No cracking or shrinking!

All JB Weld products are wonderful but this wood epoxy putty is exceptional! Easy to use and shape to form, it fills gaps and holes with minimal odor. Be sure to wear gloves while using this product. In a short amount of time it will set and the bond strength is very admirable! You can drill , sand, paint the final finish that is sure to bring a smile to you!

Although i need to use the whole stick, it stopped my water heater leaking warm water. I applied it while the warm water was leaking. Two applications half each. First application didnt stop the leak but slowed it. Second application did the job.

This stuff saved me for my security deposit!! My dog chewed up my window sill. And this stuff works! It fixed it and I wasn’t charged for any damage to my window sill!

Used this in a latch hole after learning the wood is split and weak/splinters. Easy to use. Filled in where the wood was screw damaged from being changed from tenet to tenet. Dried in an hour. Was ready to go, took the screws and held them tight.

I did not have any dislikes with the product. I used to repair a door jam and it worked great! After allowing the proper dry time, then sanding and painting, my repair was awesome. What a great product and it is great tech!

Used this to fix multiple furniture issues. Unfortunately it didn't work on a kitchen drawer face that the screws had stripped out of the wood. Filled the holes and re-screwed the wood drawer face back on. It only lasted a week :(

purchased 2 different times from walmart and the product was stale or expired. Hard clumps that never smooth and it never hardens correctly. I've purchased this from Home Depot and had no issues. Will not buy from walmart again.
