J-B Weld KwikWood Epoxy Putty 1 oz Tan

I did not have any dislikes with the product. I used to repair a door jam and it worked great! After allowing the proper dry time, then sanding and painting, my repair was awesome. What a great product and it is great tech!

We do a lot of artistic Gourd work. The JB Weld Quikwood Epoxy putty is the best we have found for the making of beards, hands, feet, or any thing else that needs to be stuck on a gourd without falling off. It also allows the artistic flourishes we want to make for added visual impact.

It works well as long as it's not for holding too much weight … it cover well and after sanding it leaves no trace or marks. It's not to be mixed with metal like screws because it may not hold whatever the screws are holding and the screws may come off.

This stuff saved me for my security deposit!! My dog chewed up my window sill. And this stuff works! It fixed it and I wasn’t charged for any damage to my window sill!

Used this in a latch hole after learning the wood is split and weak/splinters. Easy to use. Filled in where the wood was screw damaged from being changed from tenet to tenet. Dried in an hour. Was ready to go, took the screws and held them tight.

I thought it did not mix as easy as I expected. If I did not use the whole stick in a couple of days it would start to dry out. In container. I also had problems filling small but deep grudges. Others may have better luck but I was not satisfied with it.

The putty was easy to mix and apply. Was not dried out like some folks have said upon receipt. Dried hard to the touch as described but I waited a day before sanding and drilling. Once I put my drill bit on it, it sank in by hand fairly easily but was solid enough to drill a hole. It did drill out but flaked as well. A little disappointed in its hardness. My door did not latch because the hole in the door jamb was slightly high. I filled the hole to lower the strike plate. Some of the repair was in fresh wood and some in the putty. I was able to complete my project but wonder how sturdy this will be over time. I was hoping the product would harden a bit more. Time will tell.

super sticky to handle, can't wear glove to apply like it suggests because touching it pulls the product back out of the spot your filling and rubbing it or try to smooth it over in anyway it just beads up under your finger and pulls it off.

purchased 2 different times from walmart and the product was stale or expired. Hard clumps that never smooth and it never hardens correctly. I've purchased this from Home Depot and had no issues. Will not buy from walmart again.

I don't know what the reviews are talking about but mine did not get stain on it at all. just remained that neutral color did not soak up any stain. also it takes forever to dry
