Surprisingly smooth, tasty, and less acidic than regular coffee. I hope the company will make a decaf version Since I had to "avoid" coffee --- I could not figure out if that means "stop" or "reduce" my coffee intake and decided not to ask the doctor for clarification---, I opted for the latter. I have been drinking make-believe coffee aka chicory for about 2 weeks, and while chicory is ok, it has no smell of real coffe). The mushroom coffee does have the delicious scent and flavor of real coffee , because it is real Arabica coffee, But the addition of mushroom extract lowers its acidity. Eliminating 100 percent of the acidity would be best, but it would mean likely a coffee product without taste and scent.

Scoop the same as you would your normal coffee but get better benefits. Still drinks as a good black coffee with just a little difference to the taste or still enjoyable with creamer.

I have a very sensitive stomach after havin gallbladder surgery and this coffee is amazing. It doesnt make me run to the bathroom like other coffees

I love that this mushroom coffee is local, has many health benefits, tastes and smells great. it doesn't hurt my stomach or give me heartburn like most coffee does. it's all around a great product and has reasonable shipping time as well 💖

I am a fan of Bones coffee anyway but i really like this one. It's nice and strong, has a tiny hint of dark chocolate flavor.

I hadn't tried any mushroom coffee before but I think this one is really quite tasty!
