Highly recommend this natural plant. The packaging was amazing. Individually packed within a packaging. Plants were strong, fully green, great size. Delivery was really great, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend Thank you!
Be ready to plant very soon after delivery. Having trouble keeping mine alive. Which is not saying much I've killed aloe vera and ivy (they are some of easiest to grow).
I bought two lemon balm plants from this distributor. They were both doing well until I had a Tabacco hornworm eat one of the entire plants. They like the sun, on my windowsill, facing Southeast. Do very well would watering twice a week minimum.
For shipping packaging 5 stars but for plant: too little too small. A couple more stems would be nice and overall the plants are too young and delicate to be put in the sun. They have to be nurtured first to keep them alive. Buying the plants instead of seeds, I was not expecting to have to do all the extra care.
FedEx delivered it upside down and the dirt is EVERYWHERE! If I could attach the pictures of the dirty mess I have on my hands.... I would If you look at the picture of how they delivered it on my porch you will see that the tape is on the concrete therefore, there is evidence that the package was delivered upside down.! I'm not too happy with this
The plant arrived in unacceptable condition. The box was damaged and extremely hot, with soil spilled throughout the packaging, and it was clear it hadn't been protected well during shipping. Many of the leaves were blackened and badly damaged, likely from heat exposure. I took the time to carefully inspect it, including the roots, and while it does look like it can be saved, it required a lot of pruning and extra effort just to give it a chance. Most people would probably have thrown it away, but I couldn't bring myself to do that. I'm doing what I can to help it recover, but it's honestly disheartening to receive a plant in this state. I hope this can be taken seriously, and that a partial refund or discount can be considered as a fair way to make this right.
This is how my plants arrived diseased and tossed around. I shook the soil down for a closer look. Although the box says "this side up" my plants are always delivered tossed around with broken stems and mildew/mold. Only plants I was able to save out of all the times I ordered was mint and citronella.
Had these delivered, they were in terrible shape. Not only that but I had also ordered a set of Stevia plants with it, and they were also practially dead. I love the company but will never, ever order from them. If its not in the store I will not buy it. I would rather go without. I spent more money replacing them.
The plants arrived completely out of their little pots with the potting soil loose inside the shipping box, seems like most of the soil was lost through the shipping box air holes idk The plastic protectors were not snapped securely which definitely prevented any protection and immediate loss of moisture. The small plants did not have much of a root ball left, no soil, no moisture. Not sure if I can revive them.
This is the third time I have bought plants of this brand. Again, they are tiny and live about a week. One out of four is still alive. I have 10 other old, thriving plants, but I give up on this brand.
