The plant is beautiful, but the customer service is even better. My original plant was damaged in transit (no fault of the seller's). They replaced it with no questions asked, can not recommend enough!

This was a gift for my daughter, and she is absolutely thrilled with it

no instructions provided. so, being kind of new to cactus houseplants..it would've been nice. very shriveled, hopefully it comes back? hope I don't kill it.

yes the cactus arrived thank goodness in good condition but with no pot as you can see I have a lot of extra pots from replanting some of my other plant and extra soil so I potted it right away no harm done to the plant

The seller should probably put in the description that the cactus is bare root! Not all the way down at the bottom of the details. If it is too cold where you live, I wouldn't ship it. Crossing my fingers, it isn't too late for my little boobie!

I thought it would arrive in a pot as shown in the picture when I made the purchase.

It came a week late and frozen. Nothing advertises that's its bare root either, but that's what I got a bare root frozen dead cacti a week late. Beyond disappointing.
