It's super strong, but to me, it's a regular inhaler.

Finally a product that does what it says it will! My stuffed sinus issue is resolved since using Boom. One side of my nose rarely is clear due to an almost nonexistant sinus cavity so this is a savior.

i just love h I w they open up my sinus. I do this before bedtime and I think it's helping me sleep better.

I liked these ok to clear stuffy nose but I cannot smell the lavender only menthol just like Vicks %26 other brands which are much cheaper so I won't get these again

Love these sticks! Very rarely use nose drops or sprays now as these sticks are awesome at opening my nasal passages. Plus these.keep the nasal passages open longer for easier breathing. Very easy to use. Highly recommend!!

This reminds me of a lighter for of a VICKS VAPO- stick .Its nice it comes in 4 different scents. It does have a strong refreshing feeling upon inhaling. I wouldnt recommend sharing yer stick with anyone else. One to each person. I tried the mint flavor. I bought the 4 pack but gave the other 3 away.These are not worth the price they sell them for.but they do give u a refresh.

After seeing this advertised, everywhere, I decided to try it. I get extremely stuffy in the winter so I was hoping it worked better than the Vicks one. It doesn't. I would not spend this again on this product.

I dont thjnk this is the geniine boom.boom product. It smells like spoiled lavender oil and even my original one i bought last year doesn't smell expired like these do. i noticed immediately that the package looked different but thought maybe they had changed it. Unless they changed the formula this is counterfeit and smells nothing like my original that I bought from the company.

Not sure what all the fuss is about this product. The hype about stars getting off their C-pap machines because of it seems unlikely. Vicks has a similar product that works much better.

This is a scam. Saying this does anything other than make your nose smell good for a few minutes and make your cat give you nose kisses is an absolute lie. It does not make it easier to breathe and does not help you sleep. I've been scammed by good marketing. I hope you don't fall for it.
