The boost has a good taste and for those who need to take early morning meditation and have a problem eating this is for you. Doctor recommended for it's 30 grams of protein 2 table spoons of chia seeds or flaxseed will provide the fiber needed. Choose your flavor and have a great day.

Great for an easy nutrient boost.
