Bose is the BEST!! I have never heard of Bohemia Rhapsody so clear before in my life! The orchestra and the soul of the singer is just amazing! Now to the Bose earbuds: They Are BOSE the best Noise Cancelling earbuds I have ever had! " I have went through many brands over the 10 years and none compare to Bose!" Noise cancellation: They are very well balanced from left to right audio play. They block out my extremely noisy machine at work, and if some needs to talk to me I just double tap the left ear bud and it will reduce the noise cancellation for I can hear them talk. "It dose has 11 levels to adjust on noise cancellation." Now talking on them: When my husband was mowing the lawn on his tractor he was wearing the earbuds and we could hear each other fine. Music: If you double tap the right side earbud it will turn your music on or pause it. Play Bohemian Rhapsody when you get them! I also like it comes with 3 different size ear tips. My spouse wears the large ones and I wear the medium. I wear earbuds all day for 10 hours and they are extremely comfortable, I forget I have them in my ear. Also I love I can just wear one if I need to, I just put the other in the charge case. The charge case is sweet, it has lights on the front for you can see when it's fully charged. They have 6 hours of battery life out of the case and up to 12 hours of charge in the case. I have never ran out of Charge on them. 1st of all when you buy them and you will! Download the Bose app, it will make your experience better knowledge of the earbuds. The only con I have with them is my spouse and I fight over!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who can't use standard AirPods because they hurt my ears, I've been thrilled so far with the Bose noise cancellation. The fit is great and they are very comfortable. Sound is incredible considering their small size! I've tried lots of competitors such as the Jabra Elite 65's, AirPods, AirPods Pro, bears but these are better, and more seamless than anything I've tried. As a wheelchair user, and constantly moving my upper body the fit is perfect. Amazing case, and long charge for one use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one week ago and great I did. Good features.
These earbuds came with the world's most effective noise cancelling technology, just as they said, when i put them on, i feel the whole world is quiet, the sound effect is so good, make the music better. it came with the touch to change function, super easy to use, when you want to pause or change a song, just need to tap the right earbuds, how easy it is. These wireless earbuds are designed to be durable, they're also sweat and weather resistant. the battery last quite long too, about 6 hours, good for most situation. also it has quick charge feature, only 15mins can give 2 hours battery life, which is awesome. i like almost everything of these earbuds, these are the best earbuds i ever had.
Bose Quietcomfort earbuds Pros: The sound quality is unbelievable, probably not going to find better in an earbud! The noise canceling is amazing. If you need to tune out the world to get something done then put on your favorite tunes, turn up the noise canceling and get busy. You can adjust the level of canceling by tapping on the left earbud twice or using the app for a more fine tune adjustment. Holding the right earbud gets you whatever voice assist that comes with your phone, mine is Siri. You can change what the commands do with the app. The earbuds have great range for wireless at about 30 feet. They came with 3 different sizes of silicone ear inserts to fit a variety of ear sizes. The cons: They are kinda big. The phone call quality isn't the best and goes down in noisy environments. This doesn't happen when playing music though as they adjust well to the environmental noise in that application. When noise canceling is turned off it has a slight static sound like it's amplifying background fan and appliance noise. Turning on noise canceling a notch or two helps this. The touch controls need some work. When putting them in or adjusting them I often wind up telling them to do lots of things that I didn't intend to. Even with working hard to avoid it I can't. Overall I think these are great earbuds. If you love your peace and quiet and also desire cinematic sound in earbuds these are awesome.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In-box: buds, case, USB-C cable, user guide & extra ear tips/wings (3 pairs in total: L, M and S). Installing the app and pairing was a breeze for both my Android & iOS phones. Pairing is done via pressing the Bluetooth button on the case. Also, these earphones use the new Bose Music App. Sound quality is excellent as would be expected from Bose. I find them balanced with all genres I listen to, specifically with good deep bass. Noise cancelling is superb, with levels from 0(off) to 10(max), allowing you to listen to music at a reasonable sound level without having them too loud. In the app you can customise one of the touch settings to scroll through 3 different noise cancelling levels. Build quality of the case and buds are excellent. Although the case is plastic, it feels solid and durable. The case supports wireless charging, however the button to open the case needs to be pressed quite hard/deep to open. A magnetic case would be better. Ear tips are easy to swap out and I have a good fit and seal with M. I use them for several hours and they feel comfortable throughout. The tip and wing are one piece. Features are ok, with touch controls available for pausing, battery level or skip, and adjust noise cancelling. The biggest issue I have is no volume control via the touch options. This cannot be customised within the app either and unfortunately is why it loses 1 star. Removing one bud also pauses music and turns off the ANC allowing you to have a conversation. Call quality is excellent too, and I have not had any complaints that people cannot hear me. I have had them for a few weeks and get on average just over 5 hours of use per charge (ANC intermittently used). The case gives a further 12 hours charge, with 5 lights showing the battery level of the case. With wireless charging it's easier to keep the case fully charged as when at my desk I just pop it onto the charger. Pros: Simple pairing process; Excellent sound quality; Very good fit; Premium build; Wireless charging; Superb ANC Cons: No volume touch control; Charging case button is hard and needs to be pressed with your nail; Battery in case could be bigger when compared to rivals
Ever since 2002, I've wanted a pair of earbuds that were the buds only. I dreamed of these for well over a decade, and when they finally arrived, I was VERY disappointed. Since then, they've gotten better, but there's still not a “perfect”earbud. The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds paired easily enough, but the app was a bit interesting to set up. The case is really nice, the closure is a bit finicky, but I actually like the large size – perfect for not getting totally buried on my desk. I love the noise canceling, what a joy to have during the work from home insanity! Kids have a zoom presentation? These are a life saver. Husband snoring like a freight train after a few beers watching the PGA tour with his friends on speakerphone? These kept me from going to prison. I will say it's not a “total noise canceling” effect, but I believe it's because I have a tragus piercing, which leaves a small gap in the right earbud seal. I also feel like the rubber ear pieces could've been a bit smaller (even the size 1), as it feels like it's stretching out my ear holes a bit if that makes sense? I've worn these headphones for hours on end with no real pain, which is a rare thing for me – previously, I used the headphones endorsed by all the major youtube celebrities (you know which ones I'm talking about, the E25's) and they KILLED my ears after an hour or so. The sound quality of the Bose headphones seem far and above those, especially when it comes to phone calls. I used the off brand version and no one could stand it, I would have to switch back to the actual phone as soon as I'd said hello. Using the Bose headphones, no one can tell! Bluetooth connection was a little crazy- I was able to walk around my house with ease, no connection issues whatsoever. The moment I decided to do yoga in a hoodie outside (with my phone less than 2 feet away), I started having connection issues. Popping and crackling abounds, and it didn't stop until I came up from down dog. I was pleased, however, to see they never fell out of my ears. This is quite a feat, based on other earbuds! There's also a bit of connection issue when switching from music to a phone call, and vise versa. It was also difficult to keep paired to my laptop for meetings, as it would frequently cut out for no real reason. Because of this, I deducted a star from my rating. I did like the lack of weird tapping commands for certain functions - who memorizes all of those!? One or two taps on either earbud will get you somewhere, then you can call in Bixby, Google, or Alexa for the rest. Way easier than the 'up up down down left right left right B A start' business that normally comes into play with wireless headphones. All in all, an amazing pair of headphones that will really shine with all the “togetherness” that 2020 has brought. If the connection issue were sorted out, I'd give it five stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Bose quiet comfort for more than a week and I really enjoyed the ANC functionality and the sound quality including the base that you get when listening to music. Its not a surprise that Bose is good at ANC and Sound quality which these headphones deliver and definitely doesn't disappoint in this area. However having used the Bose quiet comfort for sometime there are elements about these headphones which turn you away from using it. First and foremost the charging case size and quality of the plastic. Looks like this is one area where Bose didn't pay much attention. The overall quality is average nothing breath taking one compared to other products on the market. The charging case is huge to use for your jeans pocket , I mean it felt if this was designed for people carrying bags all the time vs using it in your day to day routine while on the go specially for your jeans. You notice a big bulge as soon as you put them in your pocket compared to apple AirPods Pro which are much comfortable. Charging case holds 18 hour of charge which is less than compared to other products at this price. its not bad however you expect at least a 24 hr charge to be provided by the case only at this price. Additionally I felt the ear buds themselves were heavy when worn for more than 30mins in your ears. The size is big and most of the time I felt the ears hurting due to the grip of the rubber over time. Again you expect a better product and comfortable from Bose. The product is not bad when you specifically look at the noice cancelling, I mean its definitely one of the best on the market and I have used it in really noise environments and it didn't disappoint me at all. The sound quality is really good and the base is quite high. The only thing that if Bose would have given the option in the Music App to customise the base as per individual liking. I like the fact that the headphone can be charged wirelessly and with USB C charger. The synchronisation with the phone is via the Bose Music App however I think the feature to use this on different devices is painful specially that you need to disconnect and connect to another. The transparency feature is nice and the fact that you can control the ANC levels is great. The touch functions on the ear buds is nice and the feature to customise it on the app is also good. I think overall the product is good for people who enjoy the noice cancelling feature of Bose however I think its time Bose did much more than just release a product. They need to innovate like Apple is doing with AirPods pros . Overall I think the product is good for people who are looking for Active noise cancelling.
This product doesn't connect properly, only one earbud connects, also Bose offers no help on fixing issue
I purchased these because I needed something that I could use while riding my mountain bicycle. Other party were not able to hear me because of the wind noise (was not traveling fast). Because of that I am very disappointed. They also do not work well canceling noise while riding the mountain bicycle. Have had several issues with the blue tooth connectivity where no sound comes out of earbuds until after a few hours of trouble shooting them. will take them back in to get a replacement.
