Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, Noise Cancelling Over Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, Black

I thought I was a die hard cabled headphone user. I've tried all sorts of DACs and amps and wired headphones and always felt I could do better. Imagine my surprise when I tried these and they blew me away with a convincing sound stage and lovely sound. Add to that no trailing cable and ANC. I'm a convert!

I bought this 3 months ago, the only problem I have experience is the ear foam which is easily damage and is difficult to buy for replacement

I bought this about a month ago, and I am so glad I did. In fairness, it is expensive, immersive audio isn't great and the EQ is very limited. But the sound quality you get from that limited EQ is insane and the noise cancellation is just incredible, especially coming from smaller earbuds.

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES SO MUCH!! I am autistic and the noise cancelling is INCREDIBLE. I got them like a month or two ago and have had no issues. It doesn't even look squish my head in the slightest and OH MY GOSH, THE SOUND QUALITY UGHHHH ITS SO CRISSSPPPP!!! 10/10 totally recommend, very worth the price xx

Bought these a couple of weeks back and by far have been the best headphones I've ever had (only ever really been able to get budget headphones). The sound quality is wonderful, the app lets you adjust levels easily to provide a custom listening experience, there's no distortion. HOWEVER. the slightest movement like running, or especially commuting I'm unable to listen to my music without distortion throughout the entirety of the trip. The slightest bump or movement on the bus, the headphones fuzz or distort no matter what setting you have it on, be it aware, immersive or otherwise. They're excellent for relaxed listening. Don't thinking a long haul bus trip will be smooth sailing.

The sound is really amazing. Listening to your favorite music with this is mind blowing. The noise cancelling feature is almost perfect. Specially the Inmersive mode. The other modes are also great. The Bose equalizer and connection app needs a lot of improvement. It is too basic and disconnects frequently. The earpads are very comfortable, but their construction /durability needs a lot of improvement as well. Mine just started to split and show the foam inside after two months of daily use. Not what I expected from such a high end quality product. The good news is that the earpads can be easily replaced. The bad news is that a genuine replacement costs over $50 at the Bose online store. So I ordered a custom made memory foam /fabric replacement (seems to be better quality) from a different manufacturer, at half Bose's price.

While I've only had my QC Ultra headphones few days now, they are clearly head and shoulders above my 700 NP ones. I'm so impressed with the immersive experience and can't wait to try them out on my next flight to see if the noise cancelling capabilities have improved too.

This is the third Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphone that I have used over the past six months. It is commendable that the company replaced them under warranty, but I am not entirely satisfied with their reliability, despite the excellent sound quality.

The headphones are great. However, my delivery experience with Walmart is very poor. I bought the headphones online and left a note for the delivery driver to put it in the mail room of my apartment. I looked and my package wasn't there, so I called the delivery driver and he said he left it outside. I checked it was not there. Additionally, the delivery photo he took were the headphones I bought in his car, and not of it actually being delivered on the ground. I contacted Walmart 3 times and requested a refund. The first agent said he refunded me and it would take 10 business days, so I wait and there is no refund. I contact them again and the 2nd agent said there was no refund request at all. She told me to contact my bank directly to dispute the charge. So, I called my bank and they said I had to contact Walmart because they can't do bank account disputes, since I paid using my bank account. I contact Walmart a third time and the person seemed understanding and said she requested a refund and it would take 10 business days. So, I wait 10 business days and still no refund. So here I am rating Walmarts POOR delivery system and Walmart taking 300 DOLLARS FROM ME!!!!
