A welcome addition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many American adults, I have a very busy schedule. I don't always eat the recommended amounts of fruit and vegetables I need, but with the Vegetable & Fruit supplement I get what I need.

Vegetable and Fruit supplement
I know I don't eat right and at my age (72) I'm not about to change my habits significantly - so I'm hoping this vegetable/fruit concentrate helps make up the difference. I've been taking these for about five years and although I have no proof of their efficacy, I work full time with no plans for retirement, I feel good, and I'm told I look younger than my age. I don't exercise, I am 5' 11" and weigh 165 pounds, and I eat pretty much exactly what I want when I want. Maybe I was just lucky when the genes were handed out, but you know - can't hurt, might help. It's the only supplement I take other than basic vitamins.

This does not say it is a fiber supplement , but that is how it seems . Very regular now .

I am very pleased I chose Botanic over the other brands. Outstanding and I receive them promptly!
The fruit and vegetable are good but I don't take them as often as I should to give it a five star.

Tablets have a strong garlic taste
Got these for a family member. He does not like the taste of the tablets but is taking them. Hopefully they will help his immune system.

Product not available in the store and had to be shipped. Delivery notifications kept changing and one notification was completely incorrect. Walmart needs to step up their game on shipping.
