I've been taking Equate One Daily Men's Multivitamin for a while now, and I can only describe the experience as follows: This stuff works for me the way spinach works for Popeye. Now, to be clear, I have not developed oversized forearms. I have not started speaking like a 1930s cartoon sailor. And I have yet to punch a battleship into orbit. But every morning I take one of these tablets and immediately feel like I should go accomplish something. Before the multivitamin: "Maybe I'll sit on the couch for a bit." After the multivitamin: "I should reorganize the garage, rotate the tires, build a deck, learn Italian, and finally figure out what that mysterious remote control does." The 200-count bottle is excellent because it lasts forever. I bought it so long ago that I'm pretty sure it has witnessed several major household events and at least three different lawn-mowing seasons. The tablets are easy enough to take and provide the reassuring feeling that I'm doing something healthy despite eating a lunch that occasionally consists of whatever was nearest the refrigerator door. I can't scientifically prove they're responsible, but ever since I started taking them I've had enough energy to tackle projects I previously classified as "future me problems." Future me is now getting overwhelmed. My favorite part is the confidence boost. I take one tablet and suddenly feel qualified to provide advice on topics I know absolutely nothing about. "Sure, I can fix that." "No problem." "How hard can plumbing be?" These are not vitamins. These are tiny daily confidence capsules. Five stars. Excellent value, easy to take, and powerful enough to make me feel like I should have a theme song playing every time I walk into a room. If Popeye had discovered multivitamins, there never would have been a need for spinach. 💪😂🏆🥬🚢

These are the BEST Men's multi vitamins in the business EVEN BETTER THAN THE ONE A DAY MEN'S VITAMINS in my opinion!! The reason why I write this is because they are basically the SAME vitamin AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE for the Equate brand!! Having bought %26 now used both the One A Day %26 now the Equate, I can tell you that the vitamins basically look the same and after a casual glance at the vitamin and mineral percentages on the back of each bottle it appeared to me that the percentages of each vitamin and mineral was the same!! Don't quote me on that - I didn't carefully study it but the reason why you are paying more for the One A Day Men's is for the advertising you see on TV, print, and on the internet. Equate will be my only way to go for now and the future unless they raise their prices above One A Day Men's or other brands for a similar product but so far I am VERY HAPPY with Equate!! As far as feeling goes with the Equate multi, I've noticed no difference %26 am feeling great!! I'm sure the Equate brand bears a lot of integrity in putting out a good product to the public at a reasonable price. They are probably used to incorporating a lot of good vitamins and minerals in this multi vitamin. Ingesting this multi is easy, make sure you take a full glass of water or juice with it. I believe there is some zinc in it. Thank you Equate and Walmart!!

Husband immediately felt better after taking. Even said he's sleeping better 😴 Definitely recommend this multi vitamin for older men. My husband is heading towards 50 and reviews say this is better than the 50 vitamin.

I mean its a pill, it smells and taste like most any other multivitamin. cant say for sure that its helping, but it doesn't seem to be hurting. nice and cheap for a daily supplement. Will continue to consume until i find a reason not too i guess.

I purchased these for my boyfriend since he doesn't always eat as good as he should. I felt taking a daily men's multivitamin would be a benefit to him. For the price and quantity, these can't be beat. He hasn't complained of any side effects and he takes one every night before bed because it's easier for him to remember at night versus in the morning. So far so good.

So the supplement facts in the picture online do not match the actual facts on the bottle. The pictures has higher levels of vitamin C, vitamin D etc…. This is very disappointing.

I purchased these in a walmart delivery order and they came open!
