Maltodextrin raises your glycemic index level is allowed not to be reported on the label. This is a concern to me,have used papaya enzyme for years with no problems. Would like to continue using this product, but I wish the Maltodextrin wasn't one of the ingredients

These taste horrible and full of artificial Preservatives

I enjoy many Botanic Choice products but didn't realize when I bought this product it isn't Non-GMO. In addition, the taste of the pills have the taste of saccharin...bitter sweet. I threw them away.

It has an awful after taste once you chew them up. I will have to crush them and put in juice to finish the bottles

Was hoping the taste of this was better the some others I have had. Wrong. It's worse. Has that fake sugar taste like diet soda, it's bitter, and I thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon. Can't say as to whether it works or not because I can't get past the nasty taste of them. Will not buy again.

So gross, inedible...had to throw them away. I used to get papaya all the time ( from somewhere else , but these were horrible !
