It has a little more of a sour flavor to it while I typically enjoy a very rich sauce it was still good. It wasn't as heavy as some I've had which is also a plus.

This is a pretty good sauce, although it doesn't taste like what I think of as traditional Alfredo sauce. maybe because it seems the primary ingredient is ricotta instead of parmesan. it doesn't have that strong cheese flavor that I've grown to love, it's more mild. This one is very creamy though and a little bit sweet. I used it as a dipping sauce for roasted raviolis. I'll admit, the texture seemed too gelatinous when I opened it, but it turned out fine after warming it up. overall, not what I was expecting, but still good.

It's smooth and thick enough to coat the pasta. I was pleased the sauce didn't has a gooey texture. The portion was enough for a four person meal. However, the taste of the sauce was tart on its finish. It was a slightly off-putting. This will not replace our current alfredo sauce, but if that isn't available, then it will be our second choice.

Disgusting. I bought this after reading several 5 star reviews. Apparently fake. This was the most God awful Alfredo sauce I've ever tasted. The ingredients make no sense for traditional Alfredo sauce. I threw this in the trash. I REPEAT. THIS GELATINOUS, SORRY EXCUSE FOR A SAUCE, IS DISGUSTING!

Horrible! I do not recommend, waste of money. Don't fall for beautiful marketing and bottle with all that written on shiny sticker. Rao's homemade gazillion times better. I wasted money on this product and very dissatisfied.
