Bounty Essentials Select-a-Size Paper Towels, White, 12 Double Rolls

This is the best paper towels! It's a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it. The towels are sturdy and you can choose between a full or a half towel. Something's you can get away with buying the "store brand" but don't skimp on your paper towels!

Average paper towels, but they are a lower price than the better Bounty towels that are a few bucks more. I buy the more expensive ones now that I know the difference. That difference is worth paying the higher price. Thank God I am able to afford it. The cheaper Bounty towels are thinner and more scratchy and you can't really rinse them out for a reuse. That's why I buy the more expensive ones. I like being able to rinse and reuse on certain cleaning jobs. I do recommend these Essentials Towels if you don't want to pay that higher price or can't afford it. These certainly are much better than store brand towels and are MUCH better than Sparkle or Brawny and the others. Just go with these.

They are more like a store brand quality. Not as absorbent or durable as expected especially under the ‘Bounty' brand. Actually Sam's Club paper towels are better than these. At first I thought these were 1 ply…but they are 2 ply—like 2 pieces of facial tissue lol. Also, the paper towels are not wound on cardboard tube tightly…instead it is very loosely wrapped …to make the roll appear much much bigger than it really is. Idk it takes up more space. I guess I'm just overall disappointed. These smaller rolls are sold at Dollar Tree for $1.25 —that's where they should stay :(

Reason price is so cheaper than most, because sheets are so thin. Lots of air between each roll give impression that amount of sheets is voluminous. Disintegrates faster than other brands, even in comparison with cheap priced facial tissues. Luckily, I am single and do not need to keep kitchen clean as often. For tougher jobs, I just cut up worn cloth towels and use those for tougher clean up jobs.

these are not my favorite paper towels. I don't know what it is about them. I don't know if they're just not rolled tight enough but it seems like when you try to pull one off the whole roll unravels. they just seem like a really cheap generic type of paper towel. maybe they are and maybe I was just expecting better quality from the Bounty name.

Bounty Essentials is the worse paper towel I have ever bought or tried anywhere in over 40 years. Regular Bounty paper towels are actually a 2 ply towel but Bounty Essentials are only 1 ply and hardly that. As soon as water hits it they crumble or stops absorbing. No way can you dry more than 1/2 of 1 hand let alone hope to dry two hands with a 1/2 sheet. That's why you get more towels on a roll or in a package because they give more when it is 2 ply. For example Bounty Essentials is just over $17 but you get less paper towels. They are a 1 ply towel so you use twice as much therefore costing you twice as much by buying more to do the job. They just don't hold up to any job you would do with Regular Bounty. See below The first 2 pictures are Bounty paper towels. The 3rd picture is Bounty Essentials. The 4th picture is Bounty Essentials on the left with regular Bounty on the right. You can see how tranparent the Bounty Essentials are and Regular Bounty stands up to its name. They both have Walmart cash back on them. But personally I will keep buying my 8 rolls of triple Bounty everyweek and have been since Covid started. No more bathroom hand towel or kitchen towel. Plus it is much more sanitary especially in the bathroom. Everyone going to the bathroom no longer usibg the same towel. Tear off a Bounty dry your hands and throw away the germs. The 1st picture shows Bounty Essentials on the left with Regular Bounty onvthe right comparison. The 2nd picture is Bounty Essential only and the 3rd picture is Regular Bounty only showing it is a 2 ply towel. You decide. I have for 40 years. I would have given a zero rating but it just wasnt available. So I am picking a 1 star rating for people who can't afford any better. At least you could double or triple layer it to use the Bounty Essentials. 😥

I am handicapped and cannot reach items left at the end of my wheelchair ramp. Instructions were left clearly asking the delivery person to leave items up against my front door. ALL items were left at the END of my ramp requiring another person to have to come over to bring them to the door for me.

I have been purchasing Bounty Essentials for many, many years and they have always held up to the task. Lately the quality has deteriorated. As soon as the towel gets wet, it immediately falls apart. I am finding bits and pieces of the paper towel on all my floors throughout the house. They are not worth buying anymore and I will be looking for another brand to purchase.

They ARE NOT BOUNTY! BOUNTY is not inside on the cardboard roll like usual. They are the absolute worst paper towels I have EVER ATTEMPTED TO USE in my LIFE!! If I were Bounty I would not associate with the Essentials that are suppose to be Bounty! And who ever I had making them (Procter and Gamble?) I would chew them a new one! They are ruining Bounty's good name! And they claim they are like the thickness of the bounty double rolls!!! ha ha ha ha NOT EVEN CLOSE! BOUNTY YOUR GIVING YOURSELF A REALLY BAD NAME!!!!!!

I truly wonder how company owners and CEOs can sleep at night company when they make decisions to give less to their customers at a higher price. In this case, bounty decided to rebrand and/or repackage their top selling products. Keep in mind, they are normally the exact same products with nothing changed but a new package that hopefully catches the consumers eyes more. instead of Bounty, "The Quilted quicker picker upper," which has been their slogan since the very start of the product, has now become Bounty "Essentials." I would have no problem if the products were the same. I usually buy 12 rolls of Bounty's double ply paper towels, which was the original Green and Yellow Packaging stating in the top left hand corner, Double-ply "12 rolls = 24". to my understanding double ply means double the strength and double the thickness. why is it that when I purchased 12 rolls of bounties Essentials that also says double fly 12 rolls equals 24 in the top left hand corner, the product is much thinner but is roughly the same price as the better stronger previous product. Shouldn't double-ply = double-ply and the same quality especially when it is the the same company that has sold both products with the only difference of one being rebranded? Why are these paper towels so thin and nothing like the previous quality paper towels that Bounty has come to be well-known and admired for? Furthermore, consumers are now paying roughly the same if not more for a poorer quality product.
