The best
The only toilet paper that is not a waste of money and lasts me as long as I need it to. That is important when on a very tight budget. Too bad I can no longer get this without paying $30 . Seems my local store either no longer carries it, cannot get it in or someone is buying all of it then reposting it at a price gouge.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS Toilet Paper.. You only need a few sheets without any break through!. Extra wadding is no longer needed. I admittedly don't settle for less!

I have liked Northern Ultra Plush for a long time. Although it's getting expensive like everything else, Walmart seems to be the best place to buy it.

Not the same quality as it used to be
The lint on the TP roll right out of the package is insane…as you unroll it expect there to be lint EVERYWHERE!!! The quality has gone down significantly and I am disappointed that I have to find a new TP after using Northern for over 15 years. It seems like when you find a product that you love, the company always has to make a change…what a mess.

Should now be called mega narrow roll! More $$$
Wow so you removed a 1/4 or more of the width of the roll while at the same time upping the price, we are done getting ripped off- currently looking for an alternative TP. Decades with your product and now you lost us unless you change your greed

Used toilet paper
Package was ripped multiple times and looked like it was drug across the dirty floor. Manager called left voicemail. When I called back the person was not available. Promised a return call which never happened. Seems Ashland store has no follow through with customer service

Package Never Received
Product is usually great. But I did not receive my delivery so that part of of my purchase is not good. Package was supposedly delivered July 9th, but it is no where to be found. I have reached out but was told to wait two days. It's beyond the waiting period and I have not received a refund yet. I pay for Walmart but the service has gotten a bit less satisfactory with my last few orders. For some reason there seems to be an issue with paper products; paper towels and toilet paper. If it's going to takes weeks to get an order filled, if it gets filled at all, then the membership is a waste of time.

Fewer sheets than advertised
Website claims there are 284 sheets per mega roll, but the package I received says there are only 255 per mega roll. That means you're paying 10% more per sheet than advertised.
