Love that Braggs has come out with these capsules . We are following a diet that requires the bottled Apple Cider Vinegar. We just couldn't get past the odor or taste of the liquid ACV ! It is important that we can take these convenient pills that are easy to swallow. Just be sure to drink plenty of water before and after taking . At least 16oz before and after ingestion . We are pleased with this product having such a great effect on good health . I caution once again ( Drink plenty of water before and after ) this is a acid that you are consuming and could cause digestive issues.

I have a hard time drinking apple cider vinegar. Having these pills make it so much easier to get the same benefits.

Even though these are a lot of pills to swallow because you take three at a time, they have done wonders for my health, and I am truly that they have helped lower my cholesterol!

i recommend 10 out of 10. I no longer have bloating or that daily stomach discomfort. first time in years...my daily stomach pain is gone. nothing else worked but this.

I've really had good experiences with this Bragg's apple cider vinegar supplement's, they don't irritate my stomach at all! So yes, I'd recommend them!!

I think it is good product. I wanted to incorporate ACV in my diet, but I didn't want to drink because teeth are already compromised. It's supposed to decrease the of visceral fat(bad fat) in the abdomen.
