it really helps with my concentration and focus.
Noticeable improvement after 1st bottle in my husband , memory and energy both are better. Would recommend.
First time taking these so far so good. i will take them for a while to see if they will help my memory to improve even a little. my memory isnt bad but have noticed a little slipping of it. want to catch early before i goes.
Just received the package today so haven't tried it.

they are huge pills and so far i haven't noticed any difference in my memory.
