its amazing but it is expensive however its hard to get affordable products these days with good quality ingredients so you either pay with your wallet or you will end up paying with your health. s o you decide which is more important i choose health.

I really like this supplement. I can notice a difference after about 20 minutes. I am more energy and mental clarity. I like that they don’t have caffeine in them. I can definitely tell when I haven’t taken one because my energy levels are very degraded.. The problem is the cost. I feel like they’re very expensive. Due to that alone, I’ve been searching for another supplement with the same ingredients.

Works great for the seven day sample!

I would try the 14 day pack before buying a large amount. It’s true I feel like this is a hit or miss depending on your body. If it doesn’t work you’ll feel all the side effects or nothing at all. If it does work for you, you feel an intense focus able to get things done and may experience some hot flashes. I been using it for two years and I was lucky that it worked out for me. Again it’s a hit or a miss.

I used to get a lot of tension headaches, especially when my girlfriend talks nonstop to me and I just want a break sometimes. This definitely helped reduce it it seems. As for focus and memory, in still not sure though. I will have to keep using and see.

I have noticed that I seem to be able to focus on a task more clearly than before taking alpha Brain. I'm actually only taking half the dose. So overall I can tell a difference. I've been taking it for about a week and a half. Would like to try some more onnit free trial products.

i am currently sick vomiting dizzy and shaky the doctor told me that it was because of this supplement the ingredients are too strong to me and the doze recommended was doubled

Honestly me and my buddy both have not felt or seen any effects or improvements. We’ve both been taking it for several months with no improvements that we can tell. I know supps can affect different people differently so give it a test run yourself if you’re curious but we haven’t seen anything. Both M 40+.
