Effective product. Best of all the Breathe Righty products. Helps with my sleep apnea. With proper prep, cleaning the oil off the nose with an alcohol pad, it really adheres well and stays on all night. Been using it since it was first available locally. Occasionally tried others but there is no comparison.

I suggest reading the instructions for placement first. It's a bit difficult to guess the correct placement until you get it right the first time. The adhesive is extremely strong. Don't try to just pull it off, you'll be taking som skin layers with it. I just put warm water on it and it gently peels off. It does open the nasal passages making us mouth breathers not snore. It also helped reduce dry mouth. I think this strip would be great at the gym too. I may wear the clear one but, honestly, it doesn't matter (I've seen worse at the gym). Great value, shipped quickly and it works. Do I think it will work for congestion? Doubtful but I am better rested since my own snoring isn't waking me up.

The tan strips are 100% better at staying on my nose than the clear strips. I am puzzled why you no longer carrry the tan strips in your clubs. It is so annoying to have to order them online. I refuse to buy the clear strips - by morning they are falling off my nose so I will never use them again.

I don't know what's wrong with my nose. I'm not a snorer but I use these to sleep every single night and I have for the past 7 years. I've tried the off brands to save money and the other versions when this one is out of stock and they all suck in comparison. The flesh tone, extra strength, Breathe Right Strips are the way to go. I feel like I breath easy all night. If you rub your nose with your pajamas, it will stick better, so you don't waste them (they fall off if there's any lotion or grease on your nose. Be careful removing because the adhesion is so strong, i've pulled off skin a few times and that's really not a cute look.

I have used these for a decade and they are super effective. I find I can't really sleep without them. Sometimes they stay on too well and i dorget to take them off before I go to work.

I have been using these for years. I have tried knock offs but most come unstuck in the night a lot. These stick so good you should soak them in the morning with warm/hot water as they could pull your skin.

Loses grip through night. Even after cleaning skin.

These sensitive strips do not hold well and leave a sticky substance on your nose when you remove them. The standard breathe right strips are "MUCH" better.
