My entire life I have had a hard time breathing through my nose, ESPECIALLY when trying to fall asleep. It's like the moment I lay my head down my nose clogs up. Discovering these has been an absolute godsend. I have been using them every single night for over a year now, and I can say with certainty they have helped me sleep SO MUCH better! I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and I don't wake up with my mouth dryer than the Sahara Desert 😂 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

After seeing someone mention these on a tiktok I decided to purchase these for my older son. He has a lot of issues with breathing freely and feeling like he can breathe good, especially at night. As soon as he put them on, he was happy! They are easy to use and stay on for the whole night, or even daytime if you're at home using them. Wipe nose w/rubbing alcohol first and let dry before applying. It gets all the lil off for a great stick. Will continue to purchase these.

These silly looking things really work and make a big difference in how well I sleep when my husband uses them! We don't go to bed with out one!

If you need to use these continuously, the clear ones adhesion is not as strong as the tan colored ones and doesn't rip or irritate skin for some reason. They still stick tho!

This item itself is decent although it really doesn't stop my husband from snoring it's whatever. But what I ordered and what I got are 2 different ones I ordered clear and got not clear but he will use them. I'm not sending them back to china

This product seems to have changed recently. It is no longer menthol (they used to be), the stickiness is not as good (better make sure you wash and dry your nose before sticking), and it doesn't really stay put for long. Overall, I think the quality of these has declined. If you are looking for a nose strip for the gym, this may work (if you stick it on a completely clean and dry nose and do not try to readjust). If you want to wear it to sleep, and have a stuffy nose, look elsewhere!

What I got , was not clear breathe right strips. I got tan “breathe easy” strips . It also took 2 weeks to get .

These things do not stay on, making them a complete waste of money. Any amount of moisture and they pop off, the adhesive barely lasts a few minutes even following their advice of removing oils and drying your nose completely. Considering these are supposed to be the high hold ones, I can only assume the rest of their nose strips are just as worthless.

I ordered breath right extra strength and I received equate variety pack of assorted bandages.
