This is the second one of these I have purchased. They are great for larger groups. I use two to keep the coffee going!

I'm well pleased with it I liked it so much I bought another one One for coffee and one for lemonade

This one using stainless steel as inner container instead of glass, and it keeps water warm for at least 8 hours. I fill in with boiled water in the morning and use the water during the day. By evening there is less than 1/4 water remaining, but still warm enough like about 110'F degrees.

We love this carfate..I filled it Christmas morning with hot water first then emptied water and poured in hot cocoa..the next morning the liquid was still plenty warm...the only thing I would make note of..the lid does not seal the liquids.( In other words don't shake it)... also the lid does unclip at the hinge for easy cleaning... I'm pleased

I didn't noticed it's not electric but the product is good and I I'm looking for an electric one and it's my fault.

The plus is it holds a lot. The negative is that it doesn't keep hot coffee hot very long. And it's BIG!

I needed this quickly for a get together. It did a great job of keeping my hot chocolate nice and hot, but the pin on the hinge was broken. A bit inconvenient but it doesn't stop it from working. If I didn't need it at short notice I would have returned it for a replacement.

The shipping box was in perfect condition but the product box was crushed and the product inside was dented. Clearly an already damaged product was packed and shipped. Poor quality control. Very disappointing as I did not get to use it for it's intended purpose since I had to ship it back. The replacement should have shipped out already but is still showing as “processing.”
