I love that the basket is made of stainless steel. I didn't want a plastic basket. it's bigger than I thought it would be but it's not an issue for me. It also runs much quieter than my smaller percolator. I would definitely buy it again.

Good buy
Overall, best coffee maker on the market. Keeps coffee warm for hours and does it without making the coffee too strong.

Very nice looking
Nice looking. Bought this for our community coffee hour. Displays beautiful. Easy to operate and has a light to show when ready. Only thing hard to find filters as I like filters just for precaution so no grounds drop.

Great product
I purchased two of these for my school since the larger size wasn't available. We use them for warming water for hot chocolate, coffee, cider etc. during events. I was amazed in how they looked for the price.

Nesco 30 cup coffee urn
This coffee urn makes a good pot of coffee and keeps it piping hot, which is a must for me! I also love the feature that shows at a glance how much coffee is left in the pot.

Great for the purpose
Personally nothing is perfect, but this coffee maker is nearly intuitive for setup and operation.

Looks great, but poor function
The lights turn off in the middle of brewing and don't turn on even after unplugging and trying reset. No matter how strong we tried to make the coffee it only made thin coffee. Will be returning.
