Aroma® Commercial 60-Cup (Cooked) / 12.5Qt. Rice & Grain Cooker

The first time used, we cooked 30 cups of rice and all went well. We were careful to use the cups sent with our order. I always wash rice until water is mostly clear. Then I add the appropriate amount of water to the suggested water mark (in this case 60). The rice cooked in about 30 minutes, then it should steam a while longer before its completely ready.

This rice cooker is very easy to use. I love not having to worry about timing the rice. It shuts off and goes to a warming mode automatically. I wish I would have found this cooker a long time ago.

This was a good buy for the price. The only thing is I had to experiment with the pot because it wasn't just press the button and go, and no directions to tell you to press the button twice. After I learned it cooked the rice perfectly.

I'd prefer my package be boxed up rather than just showing up at my doorstep. It was a gift

I ordered a rice cooker from Walmart but received a microwave instead. When I scheduled a return, Walmart's pickup service mistakenly took away my Amazon rice cooker box that was also on the porch, leaving me with a double loss. Customer service wasted two days of my time without resolving the situation. Although I was refunded and given an apology, the frustration and wasted effort were not worth it. Walmart clearly struggles to manage returns properly. I've since canceled my Walmart subscription.
