I bought it for my aides to use they love it

got this for my sister as a Christmas gift, and the price was perfect

I liked that it was small, can be stood upright and takes up a small amount of room. I think the non stick feature but I still used cooking spray. Cleaning was not too difficult. I ran it under water on the parts that had batter stuck to them on the outside. I ran the inside under water too, for just a minute and it seemed to get everything off. It made the waffles fine. The waffles were not "crispy" but perhaps they should have been kept in longer.

I was satisfied with the product but not with the shipping and handling thing. The shipping and handling price was almost as much as the product I purchased so I tried immediately within 5 min. of my purchase to cancel and was told I could not cancel as it was ready for shipping which was a lie. You people are untrust worthy to return this item I lose the shipping charge, which is totally unfair, so I am forced to keep this purchase since I am on fixed income and cannot afford to make another purchase of this item and pay another shipping charge.

I purchased this on May 14th, 2024. It shipped and I received this appliance on May 15th, 2024. I used it in accordance with the user manual. Oh my goodness. I heard sparking noises and thouht, "Wow, how odd. I wonder if I put too much waffle batter in there..." Nope. The product was literally sparking snd started smoking, omitting such a strong odor. I quickly unplugged it and grabbed my fire extinguisher. Then I went to see the reveiws on this product, just to see if anyone else experienced the same electrical issue I had. And lo and behold, I now understand the low ratings adn the reason why this product is not flying off the shelves. Then I read about melted plastic on the bottom. So I turned my waffle maker over and there it was...The melted plastic. Such a shame. I was really excited about this product. I will be returning it because it is useless now.

This thing needs to be recalled before it burns someone’s house down. There was a strong smell the first time I used it, but I assumed it was because it was new. I went to use it again, and the smell was even worse. I unplugged it, and let it cool. Once it was cool I noticed it was melting through the bottom of the waffle maker!

I never left bad reviews yet. This time I feel very much disrespected by the seller %26 specifically by the employees who thought it’s a good idea to send me an item in such a condition . The box it arrived in was perfectly fine. But the box inside, the item was in - was brutally stabbed %26 cut pretty much in half. And the item inside had a plastic piece broken off and missing. Why would you do such a thing? Whoever stabbed %26 destroyed the box-why? Whoever packaged it and send to me-why? I paid the full price upfront and I have never done anything wrong to you! Why did you do that to me?

I do not recommend buying this product. I bought this product from the Walmart app on October 18, 2023 and got it delivered to me on October 20, 2023. On October 21, 2023 the waffle maker cut on fire.

If you like tough, chewy, floppy waffles that take forever, this is for you . Even at under 10 bucks, it is not worth it. Will be returning this junk.
