Good lock
Sometimes locks itself when open, meaning the shackle won't move up or down even though it is unlocked, but is easily fixed by turning the dial, great lock overall

Difficult to close. Cheap inexpensive lock.
The lock is difficult to close. I don't know if it is a defect, but if the dial spins while the lock is open, the shackle will not slide closed. I have to dial the combination to close the lock. In addition, the lock feels fragile. I fear that one could open the lock by kicking it.

The lock was open when it arrived and the combination was missing then you wanted me to return it the next day and I could not so I paid for something I can't use
