I love this set
This is a very nice heavy sturdy set. It adds appeal to my front door. Easy to install. I think they are very beautiful. I have had no problems with them.

Oh!!! So you think you grown!!!
I got these last minute my 18 got grown wanted to come in when she wanted to... So I got these they are very nice easy to install. Love the color was worried how it would look on a gray door but it turned out very rich looking...love them. I'm doing my back door with these as well.

Worth the price. I have had to replace the same lock from a frequent theif. It's getting expensive until this person gets caught.

A good lock just got ruined
Got this lock and installed it 2 1/2 months ago. Tenant said now she could not lock or unlock the deadbolt with the key, just the just the handle worked. luckily, she had unlocked it from the inside. She also mentioned she heard a soft tapping on her door the night before, but she does NOT open her door when it is dark - period! I checked with the police and was told it sounds like someone tried to use a 'bump key' and ruined the insides of the lock. THAT may have saved her life. I replaced the lock set with another new Brinks lock set.

pretty nice quality but i really wished I'd bought the handle style instead. originally i had a handle style on there but i liked this knob when i was purchasing. my knuckles also hit the door frame when i turn the knob and it's less convenient to open when my hands are full of groceries as well. still a nice heavy duty lock set.

Disappointed.
I had better expectations from this item by Brinks since they are the flagship in security. While installing the deadbolt, I screwed it into the door tightly and the key wouldn't go into the key hole. So the deadbolt can't be screwed in too tight which is ridiculous. I'd really like to return this product, and of course there isn't an option here for that.
