this is a secure exterior door lock. it is very easy to install, it is fool proof. to install just make sure to line up the rod in the middle so it goes through the catch device and the 2 screw posts line up with the holes for the screws. the key hole can point up or down depending on how you want it. I put this on my front door and it took me about 10 minutes. good solid and reliable door lock. 5 stars

Man! This lock is truly like Brinks..hard to break in! I love it. i purchased another one after someone tried to break in. the jimmyed the other lock but could not get in..so we just bought a new one. Actually had to take the door off to put the new one on..Great lock

Easy to install, sturdy lock. Recently moved and needed to change all the locks. We feel very secure and it's definitely an upgrade from what had previously been installed.

I could not find a way to remove the inside knob to put the screws in to hold the apparatus together. I was able to get one screw tightly affixed, but the second, not so much.

Quick funny story… but it wasn’t funny at the time but after installing this I locked myself out.. it was very hard to break into my own house but that’s kinda the point.. but I eventually got back in thanks to my dad

I liked everything about this lock other than I bought a two pack expecting it to be keyed the same. I wanted the same key for both locks but it is not. that is what is very very very very disappointing. you buy a two pack. they should both be keyed the same so therefore it's getting a very poor rating

bought 2 of the same knob thinking 1 key would open all,wrong. it showed 2 knobs in a roll. but i guess since they ship in 1 box, opened it and then there was 2 separate boxes, so i have to use 2 separate keys know to open 2 different doors. nnot a happy camper

did not receive what I actually ordered, have contacted walmart twice about it, have been told twice my money would be refunded, 2 weeks later and money has still not been refunded.

I ordered the 2 pack, but got 2 single items. I asked your chat AI if the these locks were keyed alike, so I bought them. But I was sent 2 of the same, not the keyed alike 2 pack I wanted! Now my locks have different keys because of your substitution. I lost my keys, and needed to lock my home is why i didn't return them.
